Hiking 52 Miles on the Appalachian Trail with my Dad
My Dad made it his goal to finish the Appalachian Trail within the next ten years. This is our first section of the 2,190-mile trail.
We began our hike in Georgia at Springer Mountain and trekked 52 miles to Unicoi Gap. We camped three of the five nights and stayed at the Above the Clouds Hostel for the other two.
